My Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings are full, top-to-bottom deep cleans designed to reset the home as much as reasonably possible. The goal is simple: erase the buildup left behind by previous tenants and leave the space refreshed, sanitized, and ready for its next chapter. These detailed reset cleanings start at $0.30 per sq ft, depending on the home’s condition and specific needs. I focus on deep, detailed work that goes far beyond a standard maintenance visit—tackling grime, buildup, and long-overlooked areas to give every room a renewed, move-in-ready feel. Whether you’re preparing to hand over the keys or settling into a new space, I aim to deliver a clean slate you can feel confident in. Every home and situation is different, so I am happy to customize a quote to fit your exact needs. Move in/out cleans are labor intensive and may require the job to be completed over more than 1 visit. Have questions or want a personalized quote? Reach out anytime—let’s get your home ready for what’s next. ●All standard cleaning tasks (but deep cleaned) ●Inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets ●Inside and outside of all bathroom cabinets ●Inside oven cleaning ●Inside refrigerator cleaning (freezer can only be done if completely thawed) ● Clean interior of dishwasher + filter ●Clean inside all drawers and shelves ●Clean interior and exterior of all appliances ●Wipe inside closets and shelving ● Wipe walls (if these need to be deep cleaned please expect a much higher quote) ●Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and high areas ● Clean interior window glass and windowsill (NOT EXTERIOR GLASS OR WINDOW TRACKING) ● Wipe doors, trim, and baseboards thoroughly ● Mop all floors ● Vacuum all floors (I do not professionally clean carpets - vacuum only) ● Extra attention to built-up grime, neglected areas, and move-out conditions ● Clean all fans and lighting fixtures
