Deep cleans go beyond standard cleanings. They involve extra time, specialized techniques, and detailed work to remove grime and buildup that regular cleans don’t address. While they are more time-consuming, they provide a full home reset that you can immediately see and feel. For all clients interested in recurring services, a deep clean is required first. This establishes a high baseline of cleanliness, allowing me to maintain those results efficiently with your regularly scheduled visits. There may be some cases when the initial deep cleaning can be waived if I deem the house as having been meticulously kept. Recurring cleanings are offered at a lower rate than the initial deep clean, since ongoing maintenance requires less time and detail work. Because of the scope of work these cleanings entail they start at approximately $0.30 per sq ft. Final pricing may vary based on the homes condition, layout, and specific needs. I am always happy to discuss your unique concerns! ● All basic cleaning tasks ● Hand-wipe baseboards throughout the home ● Detailed dusting of blinds and windowsills ● Wipe doors, door frames, and light switches ● Clean inside microwave ● Scrub stovetop and kitchen surfaces thoroughly ● Detailed wipe of exterior of all cabinets ● Clean and disinfect bathroom - tubs, sink, toilet, and showers ● Clean around faucets, shower grout lines, and buildup areas ● Dust ceiling fans and reachable vents ● Clean interior glass and mirrors ● Vacuum upholstery (couches/chairs) ● Vacuum all floors and carpets ● Mop with detail, including corners and edges ALL rooms in the home get deep cleaned.
